Join the League of Women Voters Park Rapids Area

The League of Women Voters is a non-partisan organization that works to safeguard democracy and leads to civic improvement.

Join the League of Women Voters, a respected national grassroots organization, where individuals like you are actively engaged in creating positive change at the local, state, and national levels.

Members can be as involved as they like. Some members only want to financially support the League's work.  Others choose to be actively involved with the League's activities. 


Membership is open to persons 16 years or older regardless of citizenship status.

    We believe that sensible, responsible civil discourse and action based on substance rather than partisanship is essential for civic improvement. We believe that with people like you**, we can make democracy work.

    Membership in the local League of Women Voters Park Rapids Area also includes membership in the LWV United States and LWV Minnesota. Receive benefits such as state and national newsletters, Action Alerts on upcoming legislation, and information on local activities.  Local and state dues are tax-deductible. Our community needs people like you to help ensure that our community is a strong, safe and vibrant place to live.
