J. Drake Hamilton is Science Policy Director of St. Paul based Fresh Energy.  For 25 years, Fresh Energy has helped lead Minnesota’s transition to a clean energy economy through advocacy, policy analysis, and public outreach.

The League of Women Voters is a  non-partisan volunteer organization supporting legislation that seeks to preserve the nation’s natural resources and protect public health from the effects of climate change.
